Kurzbeschreibung	Exchange Audit Resource (Geneva) Customer is running MS Exchange 2007 environment for internal customers. New internal customers are to be added. Customer seeks a Senior Technical Design Authority that can assess the existing environment on suitability and fit-for-purpose (total technology stack, i.e. software and infrastructure). This is a very senior Consultant role. Tasks: Essentially this is an audit assignment: - Assess the current setup (solution in place) - Identify requirements based on other similar customer needs + specific requirements from Customer - Outline strengths and weaknesses of existing solution to meet collected requirements - Identify potential points for improvement - Provide proof points of fit-for-purpose of the solution by comparing with other customers / industry practice (essential) - Write a document that summarizes this The solution has been designed and implemented by HP. The aim of the Audit report is to demonstrate to customer's internal customers that the platform is fit-for-purpose (ie internal marketing instrument) and thus requires independent supporting facts as much as possible. Skills: - Domain knowledge for MS Exchange is essential - Knowledge of operational requirements of Exchange 2007 installations - Ability to identify comparable installations at other customers and leverage these as proof points - Experience in performing reviews of this nature - Ability to interact with CxO level - Ability to work with soft facts as the review is not purely technical Start date: ASAP End date: einige Wochen sind geplant (20-40 Tage max) Location: onsite in Geneva, evtl. einige Tage remote möglich Language: English a must, French a plus
